Liquid products are not eligible for return. Dry products that have a broken seal or that may have been altered or tampered with will not be eligible for return. If the item is unopened and not damaged, in most cases a full refund will be given via the same method that they were originally paid for if returned within 7 days. If an item(s) has been shipped with the "Free Shipping" promotion and is returned to the store. The customer will incur a 15% restocking fee. Opened and/or used items must be placed in their original packaging and include all packaging materials, printed materials, warranty cards, etc. and be in resalable condition. No returns on bulbs or other glass products in which the glass has been cracked or otherwise broken. Undamaged bulbs must be returned within 24 hours of purchase with a receipt. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $40, consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t refund items lost in the mail system.
