Roots Organics Formula 707 is a ready-to-use soil created for a special kind of gardener, those who want to control their own destiny. Formula 707 is different from the other growing mixes created by Aurora Innovations. It was designed with greater water-holding capacity, fewer nutrients, less perlite and less pumice, and it contains ingredients specific to large container gardening. In fact, it is packaged in 15-gallon and 30-gallon grow bags containing about 10 gallons and 20 gallons of the finest quality potting mix. Just punch holes in the bottom, cut off the top and plant. Our Roots Organics soil bags double as pots – just cut the top off, drop the plant in, and you’re ready to go.
This coco-based soil contains peat, Peat-based soil with coco to air it up. Peat, coco, perlite, and pumice base. Formula 707 has less perlite and more peat than the Original Potting Soil, which means that Formula 707 holds water slightly longer, but you can start feeding it a little faster. Begin feeding your plants 10 to 14 days after transplanting for vigorous fruiting and flowering plants. For exceptional results, feed with high quality nutrients, such as the Roots Organics fertilizer line.
